What is the Extra Assurance package? Why should I get extra reassurance?

In order to benefit from the additional assurance packages of our guests who have made their reservation, they can benefit from the additional assurance packages by calling +90 224 234 0 555 before the rental or by requesting them from our offices during the rental. Additional assurance packages cannot be added to your contract after the rental is made and the vehicle is received.

What is the Extra Assurance package? Why should I get extra reassurance?
I had a car accident, what should I do?
Depending on the manner of occurrence of the accident, the procedures that our guests must follow vary. However, under any circumstances, our guests are required to provide information by contacting the authorized persons on our line +90 224 234 0 555. In case our guests are hit by a standing vehicle or our vehicle is hit by third parties while our vehicle is parked; accident, theft and alcohol detection reports should be obtained by contacting the nearest police or gendarmerie station without changing the location of the vehicle. In case of collision; if there is at least one of the cases of driving a motor vehicle without a driver's license, the driver is under age, alcohol or mental health suspicion of the driver, one of the vehicles involved in the accident belongs to public institutions, damage to items belonging to public institutions, damage to items belonging only to third parties, one of the vehicles involved in the accident does not have traffic insurance, the accident resulted in death or bodily harm, accident, theft and alcohol detection reports should be obtained by contacting the nearest police or gendarmerie station without changing the location of the vehicle. If none of the above-mentioned substances occurred in the event of a collision, our guests are required to keep a Material Damage Accident Detection Report according to the manner of occurrence of the accident.
